GEMS Girls Educated and Motivated to Succeed is a three-year program designed for girls ages 11-15, but what about younger girls dealing with relational aggression?

As part of the Year 3 GEMS program the older girls mentor the younger girls in their school/organization. This mentoring session is led by the Year 3 GEMS girls and facilitated by the GEMS moderator. There is one mentoring session lesson for girls in Kindergarten through the 5th grade.  These mentoring sessions provide the older GEMS girls with a sense of leadership and responsibility as well as providing the younger girls with a foundation for dealing with relational aggression.
