In addition to surveying all of the Year 1, 2, and 3 GEMS girls at the end-of-the-year retreat, we give a survey to our girls at the beginning of Year 1 and Year 2. These surveys allow you to collect data on the effect GEMS is having on your girls’ experiences with relational aggression. They also help you to tailor your GEMS program to better meet the needs of your girls.
